Brierlies Spring Paddling Session: This year we were victimized by an unseasonable winter storm at the end of April. With a fresh dump of snow and cool winter temperatures it felt like we were nearing the beginning of ski season once again! Well, in the following weeks the temperature rose, the snow began to melt and the Mistaya Paddling Club embarked on the first paddling sessions of the season. Everyone agreed that it felt great to be back on moving water (despite the cool water)! Date(s): April 27^th and May 4^th Water Level: the gauge is running yet…but April 27^th it was pretty low, and May 4^th it was med-low Campsite: Closed and gate locked
